The items being sold on this site are either mine personally, or some items I bought new for resale purposes. I am not warranting any items that are used simply because I have no means to do such. The newer items were bought with the intent of resale and again I have no way of actually warranting those items, other than if an item simply doesn’t work I will accept it back and either; 1. first replace the item if I have a duplicate or, 2. refund the purchase amount if I do not have a duplicate. Refunds will only be issued upon; 1. Prior written request, 2. Actual return of the item into my possession (it is at your expense to return the item). In no situation will I refund, replace, or substitute an item that has been mishandled, misused, or broken by the buyer after they took possession, and/or after five (5) days after confirmed receipt of the item. This simply means inspect the item(s), if you find fault with them upon receipt email me immediately. If they were shipped via UPS, USPS it is up to you to first make claim with that entity for reimbursement or replacement if the item falls into their protections ervice guidelines.
Payments are made strictly through PayPal. I accept ALL major credit AND debit cards. No checks, money orders or cashiers checks will be accepted so please don’t even ask me. My PayPal account is a verified merchant account through PayPal and the billing will appear until the name More Realty Services, or MoreRlty or some variation of that name. If a refund is made I will make it directly and not through PayPal. I run a respectable real estate company and I am a native of the Central Florida area so I am not about to jeopardize my reputation over some items I just want to sell to clear my house. Once these items are gone this site will not function in this manner, however I will retain other online presence selling digital items such as ebooks, wordpress themes and the like.
